I have these moments where I get confused about things and don’t know if they’re intrusive thoughts, impulses or behaviours? In these moments I’m really repelled or distressed because these thoughts are unacceptable to me but I seem to believe them anyway. This is inconsistent with my usual behaviour. Is there a difference between thoughts, impulses and behaviours?
