I’ve been seeing a therapist on and off for years but I still struggle to cope with my partners’ OCD almost daily. There is no timeline for him getting better as I know OCD is chronic. I’m happy that he might be getting better now but I also remember this doesn’t mean his OCD might not come and go in the future. If possible, I want to keep going to my therapy appointments since having that support can be helpful. Don’t know if I really should however, it’s hard.
