I seem to have more time to think about my intrusive thoughts and their consequences than maybe I should have. Anyone else know what I mean? Almost everything can be associated with my thoughts and I hate them, they take over my mind. I have time to overthink things. I think ocd is too often used in a negative context, but how to see it in a positive context? OCd is is a massive cross to bear. I want to let go of the importance of ocd in my life and start to become as I would like to be. But can anyone actually really be the person they would like to be? My life is just going through the same things every day but I want to learn to appreciation life, have a deeper understanding of life experience. I wanna work at being happy and enjoying life, but lately, I have been doing stuff that I can’t stop as my intrusive thoughts haven take over, I have to endure pretty traumatic thoughts every day. Any advice?
