Relationships and romance…How Family Members, Friends and carers can Help
As 2024 is coming to an end, we’re reviewing content on OCD Action’s website and social media – and highlighting some featured content in case you missed it.
At some point in their lives, almost everyone, whether they have OCD or not, finds romance and relationships challenging. At OCD Action, we understand that for family members, friends or carers of people with OCD, trying to help, but not interfere, with romance and intimacy in their lives can be tricky at times.
Mia’s personal story
OCD Action wants to share a video with you, where Mia explains how OCD has made approaching romantic relationships and intimacy a struggle. While this video is not specifically about the role of families, friends and carers of people with OCD, we hope you may find it useful to watch
You can also share it with the person you know with OCD, if they’re interested. You can view the video here.
