      Trying to ‘understand why it happened’ and trying to work out exactly how you felt and why is hugely typical of OCD. OCD can come with intrusive thoughts, feelings, impulses etc. Going over and over it and trying to figure it out is a compulsion. You’re giving meaning to this feeling when actually, whatever it felt like, was just a feeling. Try to accept that you had it and stop ruminating over it because it won’t help you
