I just came off sertraline, which I’d been on for abt 3 years. I didn’t think it did a lot for me, but I do have terrible organisation and I wasn’t the greatest at always taking it consistently, and eventually I just forgot for so long that the withdrawal faded and that was that, lmao. I wouldn’t recommend that way at all, haha, but it’s definitely more than possible to wean yourself off in a safer slow way if you speak to a GP. If you want to give medication a go, peak to your doctor about ones that might be effective for ocd.
