Hi
So today I was reading a website about OCD, it was a legit site the International OCD Foundation and I wondered why OCD Action doesn’t tell us about this, it could help people.

Hi I’m worried that I think about everything too deeply, especially my intrusive thoughts. I force myself against it but need more ways to deal with the OCD bully and I want to be more assertive too. I just worry most of the time, and want to stop reading into things too deeply
