Church… Family… The very people who maybe need to put little old me, somewhere on their list of things of people to care about… Just once in a while…

You’ve spent your entire life caring about other people’s feelings…

      At massive cost to yourself…

      I often feel humiliated…

      My smiles cover deep hurt…

      Are my own needs irrelevant?

What about my wishes for my own future? Am I not important to anyone other than what they can grab from me?

Why do things for me have to be justified, whereas for other people’s… Well, you know what I mean…

I know life’s not particularly fair, but, sometimes I wonder…

Why don’t people want me anymore?

<p style=”text-align: right;”>I have, over the years, met a few nice people in church, and a lot of, quite frankly, horrible ones…</p>
        Self-righteous,  domineering, manipulative, guilt pushers.

The ones who proudly sing; ‘To be like Jesus, this hope possesses me’ can be the most horrible, selfish, greedy people on the planet.

Aggressive… Ignorant… And very cruel. And some lead us on by just plain lying.

I had one ‘leader’ effectively lie to me by ommission for years. Financially I am almost ruined, whilst they carry on, above blame or reproach of any kind. Why is it automatically my fault? Was it my job to stop them leading me on till I ran out of money, with an idea that never had any intention of allowing me to complete anyway?

Jesus, and I know him well, will never let you down… But his sales reps? In some countries,  even ‘Christians’ carry guns and blatantly kill people they don’t like…

Faith is good, definitely. But many so-called Christians are simply there to be seen, and show off their wealth.

The ones who dress alike can be dangerous…

I have attempted suicide multiple times because of issues with them…

I need to return to some sort of work, to clear credit cards before I finally drop dead… (not intentionally!).

I have been an oap for years!

To others, I am a pushover who is coming out of gullibility, and shouting back… My memoirs are going to embarrass many who have been blatantly awful, whilst pretending to be nice in the community. Believe me… Some lean back on an old image of how they were in the past, and yet now it is basically hypocrisy.

You have to be accepted by them…

        And yet…

Go directly to Jesus, whatever you conceive him to be…

He has more reason to be angry, than either you or me…

        Desiderata, by less crane. .

Whatever faith you follow,  be aware of the extremists… They are almost  everywhere, it seems…

You will usually find the nice people, sitting with Jesus…

There will be many so-called churches that he has been trying to get into for years…

I say ‘churches’, some are more like Theatres, even with stages and lighting!!!

‘If I can dream’ by Robson and Jerome is a good song to listen to, as is ‘Let there be peace on earth…’ by Vince Gill and his daughter Jenny. And the last one for now; ‘The impossible dream’, sung by Josh Groban. Sometimes we stand alone…

Believe me, it can be done 👍
