We are all of us, brilliant at at something… Match that with the things you need, as basically as possible, and then, the magic can happen. It is not about making money… No… It is about generating a bit of pride and self-worth, at seeing something you have made, or done. To the very best of your ability… Only we can do that, each for ourselves. It is a deeply personal thing… Unique to ourselves…
Maybe write a a letter to yourself… Telling yourself that you are indeed a unique individual.
For a start, you know first hand what your own experience of life is like… Not from someone else, but from sheer eperience… Mental health difficulties cannot be described, they have to be experienced o be understood. It cannot be taught in a classroom or univrsity… Boy, are we gifted!
We understand about what help we need from others… So… In time… Recovery even… We may be the people to write the self-help books of the future… Celebs cannot do it! Ghost writers cannot do it… But perhaps WE can… Pen and paper… Notebook app on phone or computer… Save as rich text. Even Pdf. Even an old typwriter or wordprocessor typewriter. Save to USB stick, or SD card. Tiny amoounts of memory… Cheap printer… file it all in binders, so you can see it often… It is your own work/property. Really, really important and special.
You have done it yourself, for next to no financial outlay.
Celebs hae to pay people to do this for them! No pride or self worth generated…
Also, on your phone, you have a top notch digital camera… Have a go at photography… flowers in colour is a good place to start… Get yourself a cheap printer… sometimes a print shop can do this for you, and admire your pictures… A4 size. Again, in a folder. Notice how we start to feel better about ourselves, regardless of others (we don’t have to show them…).
Great oaks from from acorns grow…
This can cost virtually nothing in monetary terms… But the emotional benefits can be beyond our wildest dreams.
But first we have to begin…

Beginning with, and including our very next breath…
Wow! It looks we have already started!

It doesn’t matter what… Just something that can really lift us.
Whatever you do…
Be proud!

In the past days it would maybe be the construction of something, or joy of looking at something you have made with your own hands.
Nowadays we have to look to other accomplishments. Often less tangible. Such is life.
Whatever it is you do, make it measurable. Good for yourself. Others are desperately trying to find same in their own lives. So don’t rely on their opinions of you and yours.
Metaphorically, keep the light on. Seek out positive as much as you can. Believe me, it works…
Just a smile…

Do the thing yourself, good or bad, it will be your work… You have thus given it real value. You will actually ‘own’ it in the true meaning of the word. You can share it, unlike something that has been done for you, with or without an expense account.
So many people just ‘pay’ for things to happen, rather than actually have the satisfaction of having done the ‘task’ themselves…
I love write…
But I do wonder, whe looking in a bookshop, just how many of those ‘names’ on the books, have even read the books, let alone actually written them…
Every word I write, is my own… I can thus feel satisfaction and share it…
Good or bad, I stand proud of it… No one else’s opinion matters anymore…
And that is truly good…
You can do something like that… Just believe in yourself.
Remember, every mighty Oak tree was once a tiny acorn.

I breathe for myself. My heart beats without being excessively pampered by others… Others whose self-rightousness, manipulation and bullying started my ocd in the first place…
I value my life, because it has cost me something. (Nothing to do with greed, selfishness or money).
Loyalty, even when it is not returned.
Friendship, even when it is not returned…
I take each breath, but not off someone else.
I have what I need, but not to the disadvantage of someone else…
Give up greed… literally, Give up greed…
You’ll be amazed at what you already have! And actually feel good about!
Give up greed… Right now… From this next breath…

What if the vast majority of ‘self confident’ people in society were mere ‘celebrities’. Not ordinary people?
They could easily become world ‘leaders’.
That would be extremely dangerous. . Couldn’t it?
Ideally, we, the ordinary people need to feel self-assured, confident.
Why does no one bother to instill that in us?

Let’s find the strength from deep down inside us. Withdraw from conflict… Let them think they have won! Even though they haven’t really, cos they haven’t totally ruined us, yet… We can rebuild… Recover… Restart on new ideas… We are versatile…
When we are ‘givers’ by nature, we must be aware of our limits… We have them, Whilst ‘takers’ do not…
They perhaps think we are feeling useless, but we aren’t useless… Though we may not know it yet…
Can we try to believe that? Wholeheartedly… Let’s draw on pure faith… We can be brilliant!
At what?
We don’t actually know yet… Or maybe you do have an inkling?
