Hi all, so I suffer with ROCD/false memories usually related to cheating. I always wonder if it’s a good idea to tell my partner all my false memories and thoughts just because I want to be completely honest with him and If there is a slight possibility I have done any of the thoughts in my head I want him to know but at the same time I don’t want to make him concerned or have to worry about our relationship especially when I have so many different thoughts at the moment. I don’t know if this is a compulsion and just me trying to confess? I just want to know if you was in a relationship with someone with my OCD would you want them to tell you all their thoughts?
