I have just received a cancer diagnosis and as of this wasn’t bad enough to process and come to terms with it had brought back all my OCD that I have successfully managed since my father died 5 year ago which was the last major OCD crisis.

does anyone else have experience of cancer and ocd . I know I am here looking for reassurances and support but I am feeling very alone at the moment

I have found, in my own case, that ocd tends to spike at times of crisis, so I can understand where you are coming from with this.

Sorry to hear of your sufferings.
