Hi I want to share with everyone here that the entire NHS staff team who’ve helped me live with OCD were really kind and compassionate. Helping patients is clearly the reason for  their work. I made lots of mistakes in my OCD life and they taught me that making those mistakes isn’t bad but how I learn to overcome OCD. Their compassion helped me to move forward to do better. It is great to get compassionate help and I highly recommend it!
