Hi: Is this actually progress? I have OCD and agoraphobia but I’ve recently gone outside and had some fun with friends. I sort of realized that there’s nothing scary to worry about outside and my ocd wasn’t taking control over me and I feel glad for accomplishing this. But I really worry about whether or not I was acting normal while I was out, because that’s a way your ocd tries to trap me and I just to focus on how great that day was.
