Heard of this therapy?

Have seen this therapy I think is called something like TDS or TBS. Anyone tried it? Am really scared of trying therapy, as it seems to make OCD and anxiety worse. If anyone has any other suggestions, I am open to ideas that are found all over in the UK.

How do I find all of OCD Action’s treatment resources?

1. At the top of the homepage, click on the green “Learn About OCD” bar. Then, click on: “All of our resources“

2. Next, scroll down and click on a blue bar, for example “I want to find out about the recommended treatments”. You’ll then see these links – click on them for more information:
