      Hi everyone on here: I have had OCD and intrusive thoughts all my life. And l always feel anxious and alone. But now I found this forum, and read posts, I learnt that if I try to get my mind to tell me OCD is not me, and my thoughts are not me, I feel better. It’s so hard, but thanks for the tips! So glad this forum exists!
