Is there a kind of OCD that could be called “Avoidant”?  Am I an avoidants if I ALWAYS avoid confrontation and then obsess about it? It’s tricky talking to anyone about this as I’ve found when I tried, like with my gp. I don’t know if you should just give up trying to find out more, like is this real? I’d be much better if I could work on dealing with this kind of OCD if someone understood.

At least you aren’t ‘Seeking’ confrontation… That’s an enormous positive in society these days.
