      I get obsessed by my thoughts and I’m also worried because I hate my thoughts but sometimes I can tolerate them, they don’t mean anything about me. It feels like my ocd goes away but then I’m trying to check if I have ocd and that makes it worse. I’m worried that its become real. I get these thoughts all day. Do you worry about ocd all the time?
