      I have rally bad ocd and my therapist suggested I try to learn a craft to help me stay calm. I thought that was a strange suggestion, but I’ll try anything!

      So I chose quilting and I’ve just completed my third quilt! It’s so wonderful when someone compliments it and I can tell them I made that. Why not try it yourself, chose something your interested in but not too difficult to learn, it doesn’t matter what you choose, just pick something that maybe can help distract you and live with your OCD thoughts in a more healthier way!
