Tourettes is taking over my life

Tourettes and ocd are making me so tired of my life and it feels like they’re taking over everything I do. I had mental health problems before but now I have these and what am I supposed to do to live with them?? This time my mind is making me think that everyone in my family are bad people and i really hate it. A bit of me wants to leave my family too. Has anyone else ever had these kind of bad thoughts with tourettes and ocd?
