Hi anyone understand how it’s so strange that you experience your ocd and tourettes thoughts over and over, and only once your anxiety decreases do you realise it’s just OCD and tourettes and noe you?!
My thoughts are all over the place recently and my tourettes and OCD scare me.
I hope to get professional help. But for now I try to just remember I have these mental health problems and Im not a bad person, many people go through this. Sometimes I know it’s OCD and other times not. Anyone have advice on torettes so I can remember I’m not alone!?
