When my tourettes gets bad my dad told me to take a deep breath and let it out.  I’m overwhelmed  and don’t think I will get better.  My ocd has come back so strong.  I have dealt with ocd pretty much all my life. It’s hard to not listen to my fears and ignore them and just let those thoughts be. Should I try to find a counselor or therapist to talk to that has ocd experience?
