I have Tourettes and today I feel really miserable, this and Ocd has taken a lot our of me today. I feel really awful physically, and mentally totally sapped of strength, it just stops me functioning but I really hope I feel better soon. How can I feel positive, when today has just been a non-starter? I even got up early because of the bad Tourettes and Ocd, so I’ve had a very long, miserable day and my enthusiasm for all tasks I had lined up just evaporated. Anyone in a similar situation with some practical advice?
