      I want to share something – I know everyone with ocd is different and IT might not work for you but maybe you should try this! To help focus on good thoughts, here’s what I suggest to distract you on bad ocd days. just keep a list handy of things that make YOU laugh, like silly cat videos, or tiktok accounts that YOU follow, or old secondary school friends social media accounts. You might not believe it but these things make me laugh and when I’m obsessing about OCD, and make the anxiety and stress lessen…try it!
