Tels (Me) is thinking of maybe writing some sort of blog…

      What do you reckon?

I saw Wannabes efforts in the other forum, he made a pretty good job of it too.

But what would you like to see here?

I am a good writer, but I’m new to intrusive thoughts.I am trying to get through this myself too, so maybe a group of us could get together putting in new ideas each week? This is a curse we are dealing with here, let’s turn it into a blessing…

Can we do that? Or at least try?

We owe it to ourselves to do something. Cos  the thing about mental illness is that, a lot of it we need to do for ourselves, assisted by the medicines. We have to take control for ourselves, after all, it is we ourselves who are trying to get better…

We are the ones seeking solace for our own souls… And we ourselves will be the reapers of our own success.

      Inside ourselves…

      Freedom from Hell…

      It can be done…

Anyway… Where should I start?  I don’t need to know your intrusive thoughts…Just how you deal/don’t deal with them.

I guess we need to develop a kind of toolkit to help each other along…

      Over to you!

      Tels
