      Hello, I’m a new member and need help with my mum’s OCD, she’s suffered from OCD for a long time. I remember her first symptoms during my childhood. Her main topic is related to ROCD. She meet her therapist regularly but I look forward to read your advice. Which strategies do you prefer? Maybe you can recommend some books or other helpful stuff? Tank you in advance.
