      At the moment I don’t feel like I’m doing much to get rid of the thoughts. Or whatever I do do or think is just automatic now.
      But I’m still having these thoughts all the time. I’m barely responding but I’m so tired of them I don’t want this in my head 24/7 I understand that it’s not normal and that it is OCD but sometimes I worry that without having obvious compulsions I can’t stop them and then I can’t help myself get better, anyone else?
