Hi I know one thing, since I was diagnosed with OCD I’m always being preoccupied with everything that triggers me. I’m finding that I can’t do normal things. Ocd takes up such a lot of my time, that I forget the things that matter, I worry that the more I think about it, the worse it gets, it has power over my whole life. How have you survived this?
