First off, I don’t really think I am a bad person but I’ve noticed a lot of similarities with my twisted evil thoughts that are similar with others who have OCD. It seems like my mind is linking things in my head, there’s a continuity to it.

Originally when I had my first thoughts I felt very afraid but then noticed my mind wandering with the OCD completely out of control, thinking many bad things when I should be happy. Intrusive thoughts can ruin everything and it’s much harder to cope without help. My OCD is bad at the moment but I’m  trying to live with it
