Questioning myself

Please help me someone with my tourettes and OCD. Like recently Ive been asking myself, Do I really have these? I need more information about these horrible conditions from someone who really understands, not just a doctor. I feel so alone especially having tourettes, like there’s no one here in my life to help me.

There are a number of good books on Amazon. If you type in ocd etc. It should pull up a good selection.
