      Hi, ok, this thing happens to me way too many times, so is it a symptom of ocd?  I have ocd themes around being a murderer. I often get thoughts that say “you hate everyone, so just accept that they are all bad people”, and I fall into a lot of despair. But when I talk to friends, I don’t feel that way at all and I end up liking them. I also get a lot of bad ocd thoughts that could be real, but when I stop to think, I see that it really wasn’t real. But it seems real because the anxiety comes with the thoughts. It’s confusing
