I’m only at my first therapy appointment as of this week, so you could say this is a general introduction to OCD for me. The therapist explained how the sessions normally go, and how often they will be.  I believe our first appointment was mostly about how I’m feeling now and this helps to show me and the therapist what I’m struggling with the most, so and we will work from there, over the course of several sessions. I’m looking forward to learning how to apply my new skills to every part of my life, including the OCD part, of course
