You might want to try it, you could make a fresh start too. Even if you’re alone, all the vibes from this mantra are positive against ocd thoughts. Just tell yourself things are always getting better. You earned it! Sending positive vibes to yourself can’t fail. Things may change with your ocd gradually. Just give it a fresh start and don’t put yourself under pressure to get your ocd better fast. It may take a long time and maybe, like me, at first you’ll really struggle with ocd, but with a lot of patience you may feel one day your ocd no longer exists!
