      My husband is experiencing these terrible ocd thoughts. They are scary.

      These thoughts bring him so much distress, but he started to think, he’s still happy and he won’t confirm or deny if these thoughts are real.

      He says these thoughts may be genuine but could also be OCD. I know that not all thoughts are real and maybe it is OK to think these things and it doesn’t make him a bad person.

      He says everyone has intrusive thoughts but he does obsess over them. Is this normal?
