I am reading a book called “Letting go” by David Hawkins. In effect, the principle is things like guilt are not conducive to forward movement, and will just hold you back. I know all to well, I think guilt is something that has affected me the most with my OCD. Just know that everyone makes mistakes and it doesn’t make you a permanently bad person. Forgive yourself, learn the lesson and move forward with the pride that you are self aware and can improve as you go!
