Just want to share with others that getting better is taking lots of small steps but keep trying as its empowering. I’d love say I’ll be “cured” :one day, maybe I will be! And you too!
It’s hard to think this way in times of panic and desperation. Seeking reassurance does not provide empowerment, I feel better some times, always flip between the two. I’m trying to enjoy the good days but it’s difficult not to focusing on doubts. I try to practice mindfullneess techniques; you should try it and best of luck!
