I know this sounds a bit odd but I heard there’s something called “the process of thinking” that is common to all disturbing intrusive thoughts in ocd? I mean is it not so much a process as the way my individual thoughts have themes and then they change and get darker and should I just treat my new thoughts the same as my old ones?
