Is confessing having Trich over and over a compulsion?

I think I have Trich, at least the internet seems to say so because it says that Trich (Trichotillomania) is a mental health condition when you have terrible urge to pull out hair over and over, with hair loss. which I’m staring to have, so I got brave told me family and friends but now I confess to it over and over. Heard about compulsion on this forum and I think the confessing is a compulsion. Plus, I most usully confess to get out of anxiety. Any one gone thru this?
