      People say I should think “I’m not scared because ocd and tourettes are not me.” But I think about my intrusive thoughts and tourettes so vividly that they must be me. How can  get rid of these negative thoughts and really think “I’m not scared?”

        They may come out of your brain, yes, but they are ego dystonic. They are not seen by you as part of your basic integrity.
