      Hi Even tho’ it scares me a bit I’m at the gym today. I have favourite music with me to keep me calm and stop intrusive thoughts. Going to the gym is the best! Builds up strength and make your mind and body stronger. Try it, its fun; let’s enjoy the gym, those of us with ocd!
