I had a look at all the resources on this forum and just felt a bit overwhelmed with where to start!  So any recommendations appreciated.

Hi there. I guess, A good idea for me to start with, is to buy a book to read through… Dr David Burns MD writes some good stuff… Have a check on Amazon. We can even get secondhand books on there.

          Hello:

Forum Moderators here- welcome to our forum user community. One good place to start on our website is the Learn About Ocd page: https://ocdaction.org.uk/learn-about-ocd/

It has links to lots of very useful resources that are organised into categories and subjects to help you understand and learn about OCD.

          Best Wishes, Forum Moderators
