Hi I’m glad I live with my mum because she has OCD and needs daily help but it’s hard because she always thinks she’s right and won’t listen to me or her therapist. I try to build self-compassion day by day towards her and learn from my mistakes but she says what’s done is done and won’t forgive me. She always thinks shes right and should control everything and care how others feel. Is this typical for ocd?
