Can anyone help me and my husband? He has ocd and has been seeing a therapist but now his ocd has gotten a lot better. But I’m not coping well myself. I should be helping him, but I am not…can someone help me  to help him?

Really great to hear that he has got a lot better! But sorry you are having a tough time. What help is it you feel that you should be offering him? How would you like to help him do you think?
