My dad used to suffer from ocd but then he said he no longer did because he started to get better. Why? Once he questioned why he believed his GP, who told him he had ocd. His past GP visits seemed to generate fear and anxiety, and he thought the GP was way too judgmental. But I can’t just let it go, because of all the guilt associated with that, and fear that I’m letting him down. I hope believing my dad helps, him but I’m not sure of that.
