Have you tried yutube for bdd help?

i have ocd and bdd and wanted to know if anyone like me has ever looked up bdd on yutube? I want to find if bdd tries to get us to run tests to see if we enjoy our thoughts about our bodies, and if we shouldn’t think about these as they are compulsions?
