These forums need more about finding about CBT and where to get it. I like all the help people give each other here it really makes me feel not so alone. But there should be more about fining therapy and CBT

If you look at forum posts, there are quite a few that discuss CBT. The OCD Action website also has very useful information about treatment for OCD, including CBT – please have a look!
