Hi Hope someone can help, for my son OCD started off with being scared of poisoned food. At school they made him use plastic plates and bowls for different foods and he worries if they have rules for cleaning this stuff. He is so scared of eating there and  to begin with, it was just while at school but eventually the worry went to home, to our relatives, and never being able to shut his thoughts down. I want him to cope much better but how?
