Hello, I’m just after some thoughts or experience people have had when dealing with a patent who has OCD. I am extremely concerned about my Mum who has OCD as it is very very bad at the moment, but also for my father as he is supporting her through these times. What can I do to help and how do I manage these feelings myself? Many thanks in advance Jess ☺️
