Hi everyone, is anyone else always aware of ocd intrusive thoughts being around you? Or can you just ignore them? If I try to convince myself they’re not real then it gets worse. If in my mind ocd thoughts pop up I can’t think, ok it’s ocd and move on. I have to check and check again and again to move on. Any suggestions to get over this?

I think I had a very serious harm ocd thoughts experience and people were watching me and I know ocd can psychotic. I was OK for a long time but my doctor said not to worry too much. But its hard and can you get over even the most serious OCD experience?
