You helped us to help even more people in 2024!

This year, throughout 2024, OCD Action people living with OCD and forum users like you, have made big strides together. And we couldn’t done it without you, and everyone who supported OCD Action in many ways, such as:

      • choosing to fundraise for OCD Action. As a fundraiser, you became part of our amazing community of supporters: #TeamOCDA
      • joining and helping others in a support group
      • making a donation so that we can be there for every person that needs support from OCD Action
      • becoming a Member, which offered you the chance to help shape the charity and get more involved in the work we do
      • helping us by volunteering: as a volunteer, you made a real difference to the lives of people affected by OCD
      Our amazing youth awareness campaign!

Through our youth awareness campaign, we reached over 1 million people with life-changing information about OCD. We helped them understand what they’re going through and showing them they’re not alone. We made big steps towards providing all young people affected by OCD with the information, support and community they need to get better.

Supporting Thousands of people with OCD and Helping the NHS to help you

We made substantial progress in helping to change the level and quality of support that people with OCD can access and deserve.

Thousands of people turned to OCD Action for support  in 2024, whether through our helpline, support groups, or online resources.

Our campaign urging the NHS to systematically record data on OCD

Our research revealed that the NHS is not systematically recording data on OCD. Without data, the NHS lacks essential tools to support people with OCD in the UK. To help ensure that real change occurs in the NHS, we launched a campaign urging the NHS to systematically record data on OCD. This will help the NHS to lay the groundwork for services that truly meet the needs of people with OCD.

The result for people living with OCD: change is happening! And we couldn’t have accomplished all t of this without you!
