      I am trying to challenge my thoughts about BDD and my body with conflicting thoughts. I have been ok with my body in the past, now feel bad again. If I go swimming with other people only the thought of my body being fully in the water will calm down my thoughts. This is the sort of thoughts I’m having. along with worry about my  clothes looking too tight when i put them on. Is there any hope for me?
